All returns or exchanges must be initiated within seven days of receipt of goods.
All sale or discounted items, including those bought with a discount code, are final sale.
Personnel of New York will accept returns (excluding swimwear, undergarments, fragrance, apothecary, final sale and items bought with promotional discount code) which are not used, worn, washed or damaged and have all tags attached. All sale items are final sale. Shoes will be accepted if unworn and returned in their original, undamaged shoebox. Swimwear and underwear are not returnable. Item(s) returned without a Return Authorization number (RA#) cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the seven day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.
As a customer courtesy, when requested, Personnel of New York will give a store credit for the price difference between an item purchased at regular price and the new sale price until three days after the markdown date. Anything past the three day time frame will not qualify for this courtesy. The return of the difference will be issued in store credit only, no exceptions.
HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. To initiate a return or exchange please use the RETURN APPLICATION below by entering your email and order number within seven days of your order delivery. Once you are logged in you will find out if you are able to return, exchange or receive a refund for your product(s).
2. If your return is approved you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items must be received at our warehouse within seven days of your RA issue date.
4. Fill in the corresponding RA number next to the item being returned. Write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package.
5. For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase.
6. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within seven business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. Purchases of Markdown Items, items bought with a promotional or discount codes, as well as Swimwear, Undergarments, Apothecary, and Fragrance are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangable.
