All returns must be initiated and sent back no later than seven days after receipt of goods.
All sale or discounted items, including those bought with a discount code, are final sale. Personnel of New York will accept returns on eligible items which are not used, worn, washed or damaged and have all original tags attached.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: swimwear, undergarments, fragrance, apothecary, hair accessories, hats, earrings, sale items and items bought with a discount code.
All sale items are final sale. Shoes will be accepted if unworn and returned in their original, undamaged shoebox. Item(s) returned without a Return Authorization number (RA#) cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. These policies are firm and we cannot make exceptions. Any requests falling outside of the seven day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.
As a customer courtesy, when requested, Personnel of New York will give a store credit for the price difference between an item purchased at regular price and our new sale price until three days after the markdown date. This does not include online promotion codes or promotions of any type. This courtesy is only applicable to permanently marked down items. Anything past the three day time frame will not qualify for this courtesy. The return of the difference will be issued in store credit only. We kindly ask that you to respect that we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
*PLEASE NOTE: Unapproved returns will not be accepted and if necessary will be returned at the customers expense.
1. To initiate a return or exchange please send an email within seven days of your order delivery to: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. If your return or exchange is eligible (see policy above) you'll receive an email with the return address. You will need to include a copy of the email in the return shipment. Items must be mailed back within seven days of the date you received the item. Approved returns that are sent back to us past the seven day window will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and if necessary will be returned at the customers expense.
3. For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We'll email you the replacement item tracking info upon dispatch. Buyer is responsible for the shipping of the exchange item both ways and will be contacted for payment before the exchange items is sent out.
4. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within seven business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. Purchases of Markdown Items, items bought with a promotional or discount codes, as well as Swimwear, Undergarments, Apothecary, and Fragrance are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangable.
